Mohammad Ali Toosy started his professional career from Pakistan Institute of Quality Control which is now known as PIQC Institute of Quality. He has worked in multinational & national companies i.e. CresSoft (Software Development), QMS 9000, Evensure Management Services (Security Services), Critical Software Technologies (Technology Company for the Precision Industry), Mobilink (Telecommunication), i2c (Payment Processor) and FINCA Microfinance Bank (Banking). Currently he is the CEO of Toosy Advisory Services, Country Representative Pakistan – Institute of Change & Transformation Professionals Asia and Executive Director of Strategic Ratings Limited UK.
His international exposure includes countries like USA, UK, Portugal, Switzerland and Pakistan. He has also provided consulting and training services to the Manufacturing, Technology, Defence, Banking, Sports and Cyber Security Industry. He has delivered trainings in various companies and has been a speaker in Public Forums including prestigious institutions like Brunel University, London, University of Surrey, Guildford. The areas of his trainings have revolved around Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Information Security & Branding Pakistan. He attained his MBA degree from University of Surrey, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from Game Change UK, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Game Change UK, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Singapore Quality Institute International, and he is a Lean Practitioner. His MBA thesis was on the Role of Leadership in reducing Resistance to Change. Being passionate about sharing his experience and knowledge, he is currently mentoring CEOs of Startups and emerging technology businesses. He provides expertise to organisations to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management structure and strategy.
